Return Items (RMA)

Imaging Systems, LLC DBA Access Products Inc. will not accept returns without an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Products returned without one will be sent for recycling (treated as an empty cartridge return). RMA numbers are valid for 45 days, within which the returned item must be received by our warehouse. All returns are subject to the following:

  • A return merchandise authorization (RMA) number is REQUIRED for all returns.
  • All product returns must include the original packaging.
  • All returns must be shipped under the tracking number / label we provide you.
  • Physical damage to any product will void the product's warranty and breach the return policy.
  • If you opt for a replacement cartridge and the defective was not received by our warehouse within the 45 days, you will be charged for your replacement and the RMA will be CLOSED.
  • If a toner or inkjet cartridge that is returned contains less than 20% toner/ink remaining in the cartridge it is considered empty and not covered under any warranty. You will be billed for replacement cartridges if the returned cartridge is evaluated and determined to be empty when returning a product.
  • Any product returned that is not on the RMA, no credit will be given and you will be liable for the freight cost of the product returned and the replacement product sent.

You will receive an email with your RMA number from our representatives. Please write this number on the outside of your return package. ***Please DO NOT write on the actual item or original packaging***

Package your toner cartridges in the original cartridge box, and put the boxed up cartridge into a shipping box if possible. Place the return label on the outside of the box with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside box.

If cartridges are loose, please use newspaper or bubble wrap to cushion each empty or defective cartridge. Please fill the entire inside of the shipping box so empty cartridges do not move around during shipping. We cannot provide credit if the product is damaged during shipment.
